Age Compliance

The Platform is not intended to be used by children under 13 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent to SAS (Student Agency Services) that you are over 13 years old and that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under age 13, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account and will terminate such user’s account. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use our form.
